ever since i was a child, i knew i was transgendered.
i grew up confused as to why i was not a boy like i had thought i was. i grew up with distorted veiws on sexuality, gender and what was acceptable for each of the sexes.
it took me so long to have the strength to face the world with a smile and pride in who i am and who ive become.
the question here, is not who i am.
i know who i am. My name is Kai, I am 18, I AM A BOY. i have always been a boy and always will be. I wear makeup, fake eyelashes and tiny clothes. Im ok with that.
In many cases... i have never been accepted for who i am and never will be. but it has taken more strength than many of you will ever have to continue on in my life with my head held high, knowing that one day ill have the proper body in which to exist.
i didnt need colors this time. and this is going to be one of the few black and white photos youll see in my gallery....
but id like you all to see..
I AM NOT PERFECT. nor am i beautiful. im gender-fucked, flawed and always will be.
but im proud of who i am....
and i hope you all enjoy this teeny tiny look into where im coming from.
____------ as always. there will be people on here who dont agree with me. my views, my life, who i am etc. any hateful or ignorant comments will be left alone, unhidden because id like the world to see the ignorane and hate that surrounds transgendered people as /well/ as the support we recieve.------______
This is beautiful. Your speech is enough to make me cry. One day, Kai, you'll have to teach me to be who I am. I wish I was there, like you are. I know we all still struggle no matter how much we overcome, but this is real.
Thank you for giving me the strength to tell my mom who I really am. Thank you for being you and an inspiration to everyone, not just trans, because everyone should be who they really are.
This is an amazing photo not because it is you. This is an amazing photo because of the idea behind it and because of what it is trying to say. I hope everyone gets the message. (Good idea to put it in words beneath it. I'm sure one day you'll get good enough to never need words and say things beneath it.)
Im proud to say, because of the courage you display in your comment, you are indeed a beautiful person. Thank you so much for sharing. I feel your words are words of encouragement for anyone facing personal scrutiny.
anybody can't tell you who you are. Only you can decide who you are. But remember you're someone. If you wanna be boy - you're boy. You're someone who are a boy. And, you kow, God can't tell you who you are too. I think.
Society may not accept you, but i accept you the way you are even though i don't know and probably never will know what you have been going through, the world is harsh on those who are different
no one can tell us who we are, we have to find out ourselfs no one's perfect and beautiful, and yet everyone is perfect and beautiful
i think you made the right choice not to use color for this picture, black and white shows things how they are, colour spoils it sometimes i think it's a great picture ^^

The meaning of color based symbolism is useless
If the person viewing it is colorblind.

~Cause we all end up in a tiny pine box
A mighty small drop in a mighty dark plot
And the mighty fine print hastens the trip to our epilogue~
